Why i still cannot use the WebFax after registration?
|
| After registration, your account is disabled(though you can logon). It is because we not yet to confirm your registration registration details. After confirmation, your account will enable and you are able to use our service. Normally confirmation consumes 1 working day. |

Can i send the fax to multiple fax numbers at the same time?
|
| Sure. You can enter multiple fax numbers in "Fax no" field, each number separate by a semi-colon(;). |

How many fax numbers(clients) i can send the fax per time?

| Unlimited. But we do not encourage too many. |

| "File to Fax" mean you can use files to send the fax instead of typing the text in message block. |

| By default, there will have your username as your email address. After sending fax, our system will automatically send a status report to your email address, no matter successful or failure. |

| Our system will choose the files one to send the fax, the text in message block will be ignored. |
